BOLD's goal is to walk away from our first meeting with enough information to clearly define project goals, create an overview of functionality requirements, and develop initial time and money estimates. Next, we review BOLD's proposal. You need to understand what you're paying for. So before we start any project, we'll make sure you understand our proposal and get answers to your questions. Then comes the plan. Doesn't matter whether your project is small or large, simple or complex: a comprehensive plan is a must. Documentation that covers everything from navigation to workflow processes, database ERDs to project specifications help keep you -- and us -- on track. Development begins. Humans are visual creatures; we work better when we see things. So once a project plan is approved, our developers focus on user issues like workflow, content and navigation while our creative teams design sample pages for you to review. We all review work in progress often. Collaboration and regular communication mean everything. As development progresses, expect frequent communication and regular project reviews. Let's face it: BOLD will probably do most of the technical work on the project, but you're going to use it. Everyone tests everything. Before a BOLD project goes live, it's tested thoroughly. Really, really thoroughly. Nobody likes unhappy surprises; it makes us all look bad. A comprehensive testing plan helps make sure that everything works as it should before a project goes live. The project is launched! The big day arrives, the project is launched, and the future looks rosy. Work doesn't stop at BOLD, though -- not even close. We monitor your project, respond to feedback from users, and make sure everything continues to work as planned. If there is a problem, we resolve it immediately. We keep our eye on things. From analyzing user activity to recommending enhancements, BOLD will work with you long after your project goes live.
