My role at BOLD focuses on client interface and product management. I'm often the primary contact for many of our potential, new and existing clients as someone needs to provide the "user-who-doesn't-write-or-talk-code" perspective on our products and solutions (which makes me a translator, too). To do this, I draw on my many years of customer service and liaison experience within the restaurant industry, as point-of-sale systems analyst, and as a product and project manager for a premier non-profit in Kansas City.

I came to BOLD in the summer of 2008 looking to use Thos. for his multitude of connections in the non-profit world and ended up joining the team. This allows me to keep one foot in the non-profit world and the other in the business world. When I'm not trying to keep up with the techies, I like to bicycle, garden, read about everything Green, and give in to my passion for food - reading recipes and talking, preparing, eating or remembering great food! So, if you ever really want anything from me... just start with offering good quality dark chocolate. THEN we can really talk!
